Metrici's system governance method has been renamed Extensible System Quality Management (ESQM).
Why? Our customers and partners wanted us to emphasise that the method is a really flexible way to drive improvements to cost, risk and quality across all areas of IT, as well as being a vital part of IT governance.
Many of our materials still refer to system governance. Please bear with us while we complete the name change.
