System quality management training
We offer the following training courses in the theory and practice of system quality management, including the use of Metrici Advisor.

Consultancy
We provide consultancy and assistance with all aspects of system quality management. We provide packages of consultancy to support the major processes (initiation, roll out, annual review) and assistance as required for criterion definition, assessment, validation and analysis.
Services for system and project reviews, and for comparing and evaluating options during a system selection are outlined below. These can also be used as stand alone services if you are not yet ready to implement full system quality management.
Independent reviews
We can carry out an independent review of an existing system, or carry out reviews through an individual project life cycle.
Guide price: £2,000 per system, or £5,000 per project.
System selection
If you are running a system selection, we can take on the system review work for the competing options. This can save you significant time and cost. We can keep your internal resources focused on delivery of business benefit.
Actvities during a system selection review include customising the review to your requirements, visiting the vendors ourselves to carry out the review, and presenting our findings back to you.
Guide price: £10,000 - £15,000 for five competing systems.
