Metrici Assist - What's Included
The Metrici Assist service packages provide generous allowances for specialist assistance. These allowance will be sufficient for most organisations.
To ensure that the service can be provided effectively to all customers, Metrici do place some limits on the service. Most organisations will not approach these limits, and Metrici will always contact you to discuss the situation well before you reach these limits.
Customisation
For customisation, limits are set on:
- The number of custom templates that are produced for you.
- The extent to which each template may be customised. This is measured by both the total number of criteria (questions) in each template and the number of non-standard criteria included in each template that are not from the Metrici library and that are written specifically for you.
The table below describes the customisation limits.

These limits only apply to the templates, or portions of templates, produced on your behalf by Metrici. You are free to create as many other custom templates and criteria as you wish, with the exception that custom templates on the Metrici Rapid package may contain a maximum of 20 criteria.
These figures will be taken as average. For example, on the Metrici 360 25-license package, it would be permissible to create one custom template with 15 non-standard criteria and another with 5 non-standard criteria, giving an average of 10 non-standard criteria.
Customisation allowances must be taken with 12 months of the purchase of the license.
Validation
For validation, each license entitles you to three validation submissions. A typical validation exercise will require that the assessment is submitted for validation two or three times, each of which counts against this total.
Where the standard System Inventory license is used, validation of System Inventory assessments will count towards the validation total at a ratio of five system inventory validations for each full validation, with the exception of Metrici Rapid where a ratio of one to one will apply.
Validation allowances may be taken at any time during the validity of the license.
Major reviews
Metrici will prepare review materials for a maximum of two annual reviews per year.
Review allowances must be taken with 12 months of the purchase of the license.
Data maintenance assistance
There is no limit on data maintenance assistance, and data maintenance assistance may be taken at any time during the validity of the license.
