Metrici Assist
Metrici Assist provides you with the extra help you need to get the most from Metrici Advisor and the Metrici products. Let Metrici deal with the details of the methods and tools and free your own staff to concentrate on the important parts - understanding your business and delivering value from your IT.
Metrici Assist includes a package of additional services:
- Template customisation
- Assessment quality assurance
- Help with preparation of major reviews
- Metrici Advisor data maintenance
Metrici Assist is available as an add-on to all Metrici products.
Template customisation
With Metrici Assist, Metrici will tailor your templates to best fit your requirements, both by including new items from the Metrici template library and writing new custom items just for you.
The customisation also includes all of the additional activities that you are likely to need, such as creating rules and special analyses.
Assessment quality assurance
All Metrici Advisor assessments have an in-built feature for quality assurance - basically an independent check that the questions have been answered thoroughly.
With Metrici Assist, Metrici will validate assessments for you so that you can be sure that your assessment activity is rigorous.
Help with major reviews
The Metrici ESQM family of methods include reviews of your entire IT and of your processes. With Metrici Assist, Metrici will guide you through the analysis of your data, and help you draw out the key points for your reviews.
Data maintenance
Metrici Advisor has many data maintenance features, such as assessing the impact of template changes on existing assessments, and upgrading custom templates to include new items from the standard Metrici templates.
Although these features are straightforward to use, they do require some careful consideration.
With Metrici Assist, Metrici take on all data maintenance responsibilities, and proactively advise you of appropriate changes, and manage your data accordingly.
Delivery
All Metrici Assist service are delivered electronically, either through Metrici Advisor or email. This helps us keep the costs low, and allows us to be more responsive to your needs.
Usage allowance
The Metrici Assist package has been developed on a fixed price basis. To achieve this we have had to set usage limits. Our usage limits provide generous allowances for specialist assistance and are intended to be sufficient for the vast majority of organisations.
