How can I make the most of the free trial?
The 30-day free trial lets you review three systems. It is your choice how you use the trial but others have found it most helpful to choose three systems with very different characteristics:
- System One – a system you know well. This system has been reviewed recently or has known problem areas. Does Advisor confirm the findings of your own reviews or does it highlight previously hidden issues and concerns?
- System Two – a system you do not know well. This system may be a very new application or in a business area you know less about. Does Advisor help you learn quickly about this system and would you (and your colleagues) follow the recommendations?
- System Three – a system you know has problems. This system may be a legacy system with limited support within your organisation. Does Advisor help you get to the root cause of the problems and would the recommendations fix the problem?

Where do Metrici Advisor's recommendations come from?
The Metrici Advisor expert system is built from IT best practice and our own experiences of completing these reviews over the last 20 years. The recommendations made by Advisor give you real, actionable advice so that you can realise the business benefits as quickly as possible.
Is my information secure?
Your security is very important and we protect your information at all times, in line with industry recommendations and best practices.
Whenever you use Advisor, you are protected by 128-bit encryption which prevents anyone else from intercepting your data.
Can I add my own questions and rules?
We have designed the questionnaire to address all of the important subject areas for system reviews at a consistent level of detail. We recognise that you may want to include your own measurements for some subject areas. You can add your own measurements to create your own custom questionnaire. Your new measurements will automatically be incorporated into your analysis reports.
Adding custom rules is more complicated and you will need our help. Contact us with your requirement and we will design and implement the rules you need.
Are there different version of Metrici Advisor?
There is only one version of Metrici Advisor, but different views are available for different needs.

The full view, which provides all functionality. This is the default view.

for users who only perform straightforward assessments and reports.

Whichever view you use, your data is held in the same secure database. You can use different view at different times, or share your data with people using different views.
